1. Subscription refund policy

This policy covers CashVol software subscription payments, not refunds a retailer gives its own customers. Effective date: 5 November 2026.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including unused paid time after cancellation. Exceptional requests, including duplicate or mistaken transfers and service-delivery concerns, are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed. This policy does not limit any refund, remedy or other right required by applicable law.

2. Requesting cancellation

Contact support with the business name and subscription/payment reference and say whether you want to stop renewal, request closure or dispute a charge. Do not include secrets or full banking credentials.

The current application does not automatically charge recurring renewals. The administrator workflow can schedule cancellation of an active subscription at the end of its current paid period; an owner-facing automatic refund or instant closure workflow is not implemented. Scheduling cancellation is not itself a refund.

The shown paid coverage dates remain relevant while cancellation is scheduled. At expiry or effective cancellation, new transactions are restricted under the implemented access rules and historical records remain readable. A separate suspension can restrict activity sooner. Account closure and data retention require review.

3. Free trial expiry

An eligible owner explicitly starts a one-time trial for the configured duration displayed at activation. It ends automatically on its saved end date without automatically debiting a bank or card. A default-duration change does not restart an existing trial. Subscription expiry does not automatically delete inventory or business records.

4. Submitted, failed and unverified payments

A screenshot or reference is not an approval. Pending evidence must be independently reviewed; rejection or an upload error does not prove that a real transfer failed. Check your bank/wallet record and contact support before paying again.

If instructions expire after you transferred, retain the reference and ask support to review the existing request. An instruction deadline is separate from paid coverage. Approval identifies the saved coverage period; a future approved period can be scheduled after current coverage.

5. Duplicate transfers and disputes

Report a suspected duplicate promptly with both references, transfer times and amounts. Administrators must verify actual funds and the related requests before deciding the appropriate remedy. The application protects payment approvals against repeat processing; that does not mean a second bank transfer can never occur.

A refunded status is a billing record; the application does not automatically send money back through a payment gateway. Any real refund must be reconciled with the actual bank or wallet transfer and recorded by an authorized administrator under an approved policy. If an exceptional refund is approved, support will confirm the amount, method and expected timing after checking the payment. Do not send banking passwords or credentials.

Email info@cachebrains.com with the business name, payment reference, amount and reason for the request. Ask for escalation to the service operator if you dispute a decision. Your remedies under applicable law remain available.
