1. About CashVol

These terms explain the use of CashVol, a subscription business-management application for retailers and other businesses, available at cashvol.com. Effective date: 5 November 2026.

The service-operator contact is Moiz Asif, LDA Dream Gardens. Contact info@cachebrains.com for account, service and policy questions. CashVol is the product name.

2. Eligibility and registration

Register only if you have legal capacity to enter a business agreement and authority to operate the business you register. Give accurate owner and business details and use an email address you control. Verify that email before signing in to your workspace.

Each owner account is linked to its own business workspace. Customers entered in sales records are retail customers, not CashVol login accounts. Ordinary owner accounts do not receive platform administrator privileges.

3. Account security and authorized access

Use a unique password, keep login links and session details private, and sign out on shared devices. Do not share an owner login as an informal staff-access system. Use only access arrangements the application actually supports.

Report suspected compromise promptly through support. Platform administrators require an active administrator role and authenticator MFA. Support must never ask for passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes or session tokens.

4. Business-management service

Available modules help record item groups, product attributes, quantity stock, individually identified units such as serial numbers or IMEIs, mixed purchase batches, purchases and suppliers, customers, sales, returns, exchanges, invoices and reports. Bulk Excel/CSV purchase import is not included in the launch application.

Where enabled, business finance records cover expenses, product or unit repair costs, Cash & Bank accounts, transfers, opening balances and daily closing. Repair expenses do not create a promise that a separate repair-job or warranty service exists. Warranty records and other optional modules are covered only if made available; CashVol does not itself provide a product warranty.

CashVol records business activity; it does not hold your shop cash or execute a supplier bank transfer merely because you record a payment. Subscription charges are separate from your customers’ and suppliers’ retail payments. A screenshot is supporting evidence, not proof that funds were received.

5. Your records and responsibilities

Check stock quantities, purchase costs, selling prices, serial or IMEI identifiers, customer and supplier contact details, payments, returns, expenses, opening balances, tax details and any warranty information you enter. Obtain appropriate authority to record other people’s information and share bills with them.

Review manually entered products, identifiers, quantities and prices before confirming a purchase or receipt. Downloaded reports reflect recorded transactions, dates and enabled features; they cannot establish unrecorded cash, missing expenses or physical stock counts.

Financial summaries distinguish gross profit, business expenses, net profit and actual cash movements. Repairs and other posted expenses count on their recorded incurred dates; a later payment does not make the same expense arise again. CashVol is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice. This does not excuse software defects or remove obligations that the law does not allow us to exclude.

6. Free trial and subscriptions

The current flow offers an eligible business a one-time trial or a configured monthly or yearly subscription. The trial begins when you explicitly activate it. The configured duration is displayed at activation; the initial platform default is 30 days, with a minimum configurable duration of 7 days. Changes to the default do not restart or shorten existing trials. Paid-first businesses do not automatically consume a trial.

Plan prices, available payment accounts, instructions and actual coverage dates are shown in billing. Transfer funds using your own bank or wallet and submit the requested reference and private evidence. An authorized administrator independently reviews the payment. An upload or pending request alone does not activate paid access.

There is no automatic recurring bank or card charge in the current implementation. Renewal requires arranging another payment. A verified future period can be scheduled without asking you to pay twice for existing coverage. Follow the dates on the approved payment and subscription screens.

Trial and paid coverage end at their saved end times. Expired, cancelled or suspended subscriptions restrict new transactions while historical records remain readable under the implemented access rules. A scheduled cancellation takes effect at period end. Subscription expiry does not itself delete business records. Refund and cancellation decisions are explained in the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A payment instruction deadline is a submission/transfer window, not the length of your subscription. If you already transferred, contact support and provide the reference rather than transferring twice. Review the displayed price before submitting a new payment. A later price change does not change an already approved paid coverage period.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use CashVol for fraudulent transactions, unlawful records or uploads, malicious files, unauthorized entry, attempts to bypass tenant isolation, credential theft or interference with service security. Do not access or misuse another business’s information.

Only upload relevant files that you are entitled to use. Avoid unrelated private documents and unnecessary bank or identity details. Business owners remain responsible for the legality of their own retail activities.

8. Restrictions, suspension and closure

An authorized administrator can suspend business access. Reasons may include a substantiated security incident, misuse, payment dispute or legal requirement; you can ask support for the reason and request operator review. Expiry is an automatic coverage restriction, distinct from an administrator suspension.

Contact support to question a restriction or request closure. Closure requests require identity and retention review. The application does not offer instant permanent deletion of all business and financial history. No immediate data destruction is promised, and statutory rights and lawful requests remain unaffected.

9. Availability, changes and communications

Access depends on the running application, database, network and configured email and other external providers. Maintenance, updates and provider outages can interrupt service. No uptime percentage, 24/7 support or guaranteed restoration time is promised.

Important service or policy changes should be communicated through an appropriate account notice or verified contact channel before taking effect where required. Acknowledging the current policies does not constitute acceptance of an unknown future revision. Optional marketing is not included in registration acknowledgment.

10. Fair responsibility and dispute handling

Both the business owner and service provider remain responsible for their own conduct under applicable law. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or obligations and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket liability waiver, arbitrary penalty or agreed financial cap is imposed by these terms.

Raise a dispute through support with the relevant reference and requested remedy. Ask for escalation to the service operator if unresolved. This does not remove access to competent courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable Pakistani law.

These terms are governed by Pakistani law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. You may use the competent courts and other remedies available under applicable law; these terms do not require exclusive arbitration or waive statutory rights.
